This is the grand opening for the Murray Pitkin Art Gallery Located in Grove's Yard, Milton under Wychwood, it is a gallery dedicated for local artists from the Wychwoods. My wife Lisa, gave me the gallery for a birthday present. It is, admittedly, not the usual birthday present - like a pair of cashmere socks. Cashmere socks you can stick in the drawer- when you own a art gallery, you are presented with a mission and purpose. So the mission I have undertaken here is to create a nexus for local artists in all media, A place where they can show their work, sell it, but also meet with each other and the public - as well as give talks, lectures and demonstrations, I hope you'll come by!
